Organizational information

• All participants must follow the Training Regulations for the duration of the event.
• Courses will be both theoretical and practical, held during day and night sessions.
• All participants will undergo psychological, cynological, and physical evaluations during the training.
• Dogs must be at least 5 months old — breed, sex, size, and color don’t matter, but the dog must show non-aggressive behavior toward people and other animals.
• Dogs must have an identification microchip (CIP) implanted.
• Dogs with unpredictable or uncontrollable reactions, or fear of darkness, fire, thunder, heights, or loud noises, are not recommended for this training.
• Each handler is fully responsible for any damage caused by their dog.
• All participants, including lecturers, must wear clothing appropriate for the terrain/weather.
• Not all participants are required to bring a dog.
• Accommodation, meals, transport, and other costs are covered individually by each participant.
• Veterinary and health checks will be carried out at the start and throughout the event.
• It’s recommended (though not mandatory) that each participant and their dog carry life or accident insurance.
• It’s recommended (though not mandatory) that each group of participants and their dogs have SAR equipment (canine and human). Participants coming from the same city, club, or group may share a single set of SAR equipment.
• Participants take part in the training entirely at their own risk.
• By participating, and with the participant’s consent, organizers may add them to their database.
